At ThreadsnDyes, we take great pride in curating handcrafted Indian festive wear made with traditional techniques and artisan skill. Each piece is unique, and minor irregularities are part of its charm — not flaws.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Reporting a Defect
If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps:

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing at threadsndyes@gmail.com.

Attach clear photos and/or an unboxing video that clearly show the defect.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Please note: Any defect claims made after 24 hours of delivery, or without valid photo/video evidence, will not be eligible for review.
What is Not Considered a Defect
Handcrafted products often display small variations that make each piece unique. The following are not considered defects and will not be eligible for refund or exchange:

Small knots or bumps in threads, which occur when broken threads are pieced together.

Uneven threads connecting the border to the body.

Slubs – residual threads bundled together in tiny knots.

Minute gaps in or around woven motifs.
-
Minor dye ‘bleeding’ onto the pallu or borders, common in powerloom sarees.

Loose threads in Bandhani sarees used for tying and dyeing.

Slight color differences due to lighting or individual device display settings.
-
Loose threads or minor irregularities on handmade Chikankari sarees or kurtis.
These are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and do not affect the quality or durability of the garment.
